Create an account

Create a game account for The Colony. Account names may contain letters and numbers. Passwords must be 8–16 characters.

Download and install the client

Download the prepared Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a client.

Important installation note

Do not extract the client into Program Files or Program Files (x86).

Windows may prevent the game from saving settings or updating files. Extract it to a normal folder you own, such as C:/Games/The Colony, and launch Wow.exe from there.

Connect to the realm

The prepared client should already contain:
